Lindab Group acquires Italian smoke control company Aernova

Lindab Group has acquired Aernova S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of smoke control systems for ventilation applications. The acquisition marks a significant step for Lindab in expanding its presence within the rapidly growing fire and smoke protection sector. Aernova reported a turnover of 7.1 million euros with strong profitability and approximately 20 employees. The company is based in Fermo, located in the Marche region of Italy, and its products are distributed across the Italian market. Lindab Group, a provider of ventilation and building solutions, aims to enhance its market position in Europe through strategic acquisitions and by broadening its product portfolio in safety-critical ventilation systems.
