Perth, Australia – Lindian Resources Limited announced it has finalized agreements with Carester SAS, a French company specializing in metal processing. The collaboration includes technology and engineering services focused on oxide separation, a critical process for Lindian's mineral assets.
A key component of the partnership is a 10-year binding offtake agreement, stipulating that Lindian will supply Carester with specific minerals. This secures a long-term market for Lindian's future production and supports the company's strategic development.
The agreement aims to accelerate the commercialization of Lindian's mineral resources. Carester's expertise in metal refining and recycling is expected to be instrumental in developing and implementing the oxide separation technology, enabling the efficient extraction of high-quality products from complex ores.
Lindian Resources anticipates the commercial deployment of this technology will provide significant advantages. The company continues its project development in Western Australia, with the goal of commencing production according to schedule.
