Linker Vision Launches Physical AI Platform for Urban Management
Linker Vision has unveiled Linker AI Nexa, a platform integrating physical and agentic AI to automate urban governance and climate response protocols.

At the Smart City Expo World Congress in Barcelona, Linker Vision introduced Linker AI Nexa, a platform designed to connect real-time city data with government operational procedures. By leveraging Nvidia’s accelerated computing and digital twin technologies, the system interprets environmental conditions to provide actionable insights for public safety and sustainability.
The platform functions through a four-stage process: sensing, predicting, deciding, and acting. By integrating IoT sensor data and video analytics with reasoning models, it assists municipal authorities in executing established standard operating procedures. The framework is designed to be modular, allowing cities to scale AI applications across various sectors, such as road safety and infrastructure monitoring.
Linker Vision is also partnering with Dutch architecture firm MVRDV to implement these AI-driven digital twins in European urban planning. The collaboration focuses on climate adaptation, including the optimization of urban forests and thermal management. CEO Paul Shieh stated that the technology aims to turn raw urban information into measurable operational value.
