The company's maintenance recommendations emphasize protecting the floors from mechanical damage and stains. Particular attention is given to using mats at entrances to prevent sand and gravel from being tracked indoors, which can cause scratches. Dragging heavy items with sharp edges across the floor should be avoided to prevent damage.

The maintenance instructions also address fire safety. While homogeneous PVC flooring is fire-resistant (B1 level), it should not be exposed to direct heat sources like burning cigarette butts, incense coils, or hot metal objects. Regular cleaning with neutral detergents is advised, while strong acidic or alkaline cleaners should be avoided. Daily upkeep can be done with a dry mop, and monthly maintenance may include waxing for worn areas.

For difficult stains such as ink, grease, or shoe marks, diluted detergent is recommended. In instances of stubborn marks, like black shoe prints, a mild solvent may be used.
