Linyi Lintuo Releases Construction Instructions for Homogeneous Flooring

Linyi Lintuo Environmental Protection Materials Co., Ltd. has released comprehensive installation instructions for its homogeneous vinyl flooring products. The new guidance highlights that the installation of homogeneous vinyl flooring demands specialized skills and recommends the use of a professional construction team.

The instructions cover several critical stages that differ from the installation of composite commercial flooring and tile materials. These include precision in color difference inspection, selection of adhesives, protection of the flooring from scratches, and handling of floor edges. The company also specifies that the construction environment temperature should be above 15 degrees Celsius.

The construction procedure involves initial ground inspection and treatment, self-leveling compound application, post-leveling ground inspection and treatment, and finally, floor laying, cleaning, and maintenance. Particular attention is given to the pre-laying of the floor, where the material is unfolded at room temperature for 2 to 24 hours before the actual installation.

The manufacturer advises laying the floor in reverse according to the floor's volume number to manage color differences. The instructions also warn against issues arising from mismatched color batches and urge prompt resolution before rigid paving. The handling of material edges is emphasized, noting that homogeneous flooring lacks fiberglass, requiring the removal of 1.5 to 3 cm waste before the seam welding line.
