Taiwan's largest travel agency, Lion Travel Group, is upgrading its technology with Amadeus to accelerate digital transformation and support regional expansion.

Lion Travel Group, Taiwan's largest travel agency, has entered into a technology partnership with Amadeus to advance its digital transformation and fuel expansion plans across Asia Pacific.
The collaboration will see Lion Travel Group implement Amadeus' New Distribution Capability (NDC) and Master Pricer Instant Search technology. This integration aims to enhance the agency's retailing capabilities by providing richer, NDC-sourced content through the Amadeus Travel Platform. The NDC-enabled solution allows for the search, booking, and servicing of content alongside other sources in a unified display, integrated into existing travel seller ecosystems.
According to the company, this initiative marks the first step in a broader digital overhaul designed to create a frictionless travel experience for customers, both online and offline. Lion Travel Group anticipates that this technological advancement will unlock significant new business opportunities.
Amadeus stated that the multi-year agreement underscores the strength of the partnership and Lion Travel Group's commitment to modern retailing and technology transformation within the travel industry.
