Liquidia Corporation Stock Falls 57% Following Patent Infringement Ruling

Liquidia Corporation (NASDAQ: LQDA) shareholders experienced a loss of approximately 57% after a court determined that the company's product, Yutrepia, infringed upon two valid patent claims belonging to United Therapeutics. Law firm Levi & Korsinsky has initiated an investigation into whether investors were provided with accurate information regarding the litigation risks associated with Yutrepia prior to this market downturn.

The ruling centered on Yutrepia, a product for which Liquidia reported $300.3 million in sales for the first six months of 2026. The company also reported approximately $69.1 million in non-cancelable manufacturing and supply commitments in its August filing. United Therapeutics has sought an injunction against the product.

Liquidia CEO Roger Jeffs stated that the company disagrees with the court's decision and intends to pursue appellate options. The investigation by Levi & Korsinsky will focus on whether Liquidia made materially misleading statements about the status and potential consequences of the patent litigation.

Investors who purchased Liquidia stock and subsequently suffered losses are being urged to contact Levi & Korsinsky for a review of their potential legal rights. The investigation aims to determine if the company adequately disclosed the material risks associated with the patent dispute before the significant stock price decline.
