The construction of the Tennessee greenhouse, which commenced in early 2025, is slated for full production by the end of 2026. This new site spans approximately 20 acres and is expected to yield a substantial volume of fresh leafy greens.

As one of the country's largest packaged salad brands, Little Leaf Farms stated that the Tennessee facility is a key component of its strategy to enhance local production and shorten supply chains to consumers.
