localsearch CEO Stefano Santinelli steps down

Stefano Santinelli has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of localsearch, a company specializing in digital marketing and platform solutions. Santinelli has led the company for ten years and has chosen to pursue new opportunities outside the Swisscom Group.

Under Santinelli's tenure, localsearch transitioned from a traditional telephone directory provider to a modern digital marketing and platform company. The firm focuses on supporting Swiss small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in achieving digital success. Santinelli will remain with the company in a supporting capacity until the end of June to facilitate the transition.

During this interim period, the CEO role will be filled by John Lee, Chief Strategy and New Business Officer and deputy CEO, alongside CFO Roland Hunn. Together with the management team, they will maintain operational stability and the company's strategic direction. Details regarding the permanent successor will be announced in due course.

localsearch provides digital marketing solutions, including its digitalONE all-in-one package and advertiseONE campaigns, for SMEs. The company is also incorporating artificial intelligence to enhance content creation, automation, and optimization of digital marketing efforts. Furthermore, localsearch operates Switzerland's leading directory and booking platforms, local.ch and search.ch.
