The redesigned tool promises increased efficiency through new features, expanded contact options for greater customer acquisition and retention, and maximum flexibility for more bookings with less effort.
The new generation of MyCOCKPIT includes an online appointment calendar with direct booking functionality, confirmations and reminders via email and SMS, and calendar integration with Google and MS Outlook. The system utilizes AI for customer management, chat functions, and handling quotes and invoices, including e-signature.
It also supports online and mobile payments via credit card and TWINT. A customer portal is provided for end-users to manage their bookings, payments, and documents, as well as engage in direct communication with the business. Smart marketing tools, including newsletters and SMS/email campaigns, along with call-to-action buttons for websites, are also integrated.
According to localsearch, the new MyCOCKPIT aims to help businesses reduce no-shows through automated reminders and improved staff scheduling. Product Manager Andrea Oppliger highlights that the tool provides SMEs with a centralized solution for managing appointments, customers, payments, and marketing, thereby freeing up time for core business activities.
