Localsearch outsources output management services to Avaloq Outline
Swiss digital marketing firm Localsearch has contracted Avaloq Outline AG to manage its customer invoicing and correspondence operations.
Localsearch, the Swiss provider of digital services for SMEs, has shifted its output management operations to Avaloq Outline AG. The agreement tasks the service provider with managing the printing and distribution of all customer invoices and general correspondence.
Operations will be based at Avaloq Outline's production site in Bedano, in the canton of Ticino. The company was selected for its capacity to meet technical requirements regarding data security, production efficiency, and sustainability standards, including FSC certification.
Localsearch CEO Stefano Santinelli stated that the decision was driven by the need to combine process quality with a high standard of output. For Avaloq Outline, the partnership supports continued investment in its Bedano facility, which has added roughly 12 positions over the past two years.
