Lockheed Martin Completes Static Fire Test of Next Generation Interceptor Motor

Lockheed Martin has announced that the Stage 2 rocket motor for its Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) program has successfully completed a static fire test. The test was conducted within a high-vacuum chamber designed to replicate the conditions of low-Earth orbit.
