Lodestar Metals Corp. Updates Exploration Data for Pluton Project in Mexico
Lodestar Metals Corp. has processed new geophysical data at its Pluton silver-zinc-lead project in Durango, identifying additional targets for mineral exploration.

Lodestar Metals Corp. has released an exploration update for its Pluton silver-zinc-lead project in Durango, Mexico. The company has utilized 3D modeling and reprocessed magnetic data to identify new target areas, including the San Andres prospect, which were previously unrecognized.
Technical efforts are currently focused on interpreting geophysical features to identify intrusive rocks and alteration zones. The company is in the process of obtaining permits for a seismic test line scheduled for completion by the end of 2021. This survey aims to map the depth of carbonate rock formations, which are targeted due to their potential to host carbonate replacement deposits (CRDs) similar to those found in neighboring high-grade mines.
CEO John Theobald stated that integrating multiple geological and geochemical datasets is essential for refining drilling priorities. Following the completion of geophysical analysis and permitting, the company intends to proceed with exploratory drilling in 2022.
