Logistics Reply and Uniserve enhance supply chain management
Logistics Reply and UK logistics provider Uniserve have implemented a new warehouse management system (WMS). The solution aims to improve efficiency and provide real-time visibility across operations.

Logistics Reply, a company within the Reply Group, has partnered with Uniserve, a UK-based provider of logistics and global trade management services. The collaboration focuses on implementing an advanced warehouse management system (WMS) to address growing demands for scalability, efficiency, and real-time visibility in supply chain operations.
The implementation involved deploying LEA Reply™, a cloud-native platform developed by Logistics Reply. LEA Reply™ was chosen for its scalability and its ability to integrate seamlessly with Uniserve's existing infrastructure. The deployment has reportedly enhanced operational efficiency and accuracy.
Uniserve states that the new system provides real-time inventory visibility across all its sites. This implementation is seen as laying a foundation for future growth, with plans to integrate technologies such as AI and automated scheduling.
"We've not only improved operations but set the stage for future growth," said David Barry, Director of Warehouse and Transport at Uniserve. Simon George, Group IT Director at Uniserve, added, "What’s great about Logistics Reply is that they’re not just a software vendor; they’re a true strategic partner."
