Logistics startup ClearJet raises $25M to use cargo space on commercial flights
ClearJet, an AI-enabled logistics technology startup, has raised $25 million in a Series B funding round. The company connects shippers with unused cargo capacity on commercial flights.

ClearJet, an AI-enabled logistics technology startup, has secured $25 million in Series B funding, the company announced exclusively to Crunchbase News. The round was led by Edison Partners and brings the Austin-based startup's total funding to $40 million since its 2022 inception.
The company's model connects shippers with unused cargo space on commercial flights operating between U.S. cities. Rather than owning its own fleet, ClearJet leverages existing aircraft capacity. This approach reportedly cuts shipping costs by up to 35% and reduces delivery times by one to three days.
ClearJet founder and CEO Chris Guggenheim describes the company as a "super carrier" with a network spanning 95 U.S. airports. The company partners with major retailers, e-commerce platforms, and logistics providers. ClearJet is profitable, with its revenue more than tripling year over year.
The logistics sector continues to attract significant investment, with $8.4 billion invested in supply chain management and logistics startups globally so far in 2026. ClearJet's asset-light model and efficient use of existing infrastructure have drawn attention from investors like Edison Partners.
