Logitech Faces Lawsuit Over Unreturned Tariff Refunds to Customers
Logitech is the subject of a proposed class action lawsuit alleging the company failed to pass tariff refunds onto its customers.

Logitech is facing a proposed class action lawsuit that claims the company has not returned tariff refunds to its customers. The lawsuit alleges that Logitech charged customers for import duties that were later declared unlawful by the U.S. Supreme Court.
According to the complaint, Logitech increased prices on 51 percent of its product portfolio in April 2025. Some price increases reportedly reached as high as 25 percent, implemented to offset import tariffs.
The lawsuit asserts that Logitech retained all corresponding price increases charged to consumers. This occurred while the company is expected to receive reimbursement from the federal government for the same tariffs that were subsequently deemed unlawful.
The plaintiffs seek to recover the funds Logitech collected from American consumers to cover import tariffs that the U.S. Supreme Court has since declared unlawful. Logitech has not publicly commented on the lawsuit.
