Loomis issues EUR 300 million in bonds

The issuance falls under Loomis' EUR 2 billion EMTN (Euro Medium Term Note) Programme, originally dated May 29, 2026, and supplemented on September 2, 2026. The funds raised will be used for general corporate purposes.
A key use of the proceeds will be to finance the ongoing acquisition of Hermes Transportes Blindados S.A. in Peru. This acquisition is expected to strengthen Loomis' presence in the South American market. Specific financial details of the acquisition have not been disclosed.
