L'Oréal CEO and Louis Theroux to headline UNLEASH Paris, focusing on work's future

UNLEASH, a global HR conference and exhibition, announced its 2026 Paris program, scheduled for October 20-22. The event will gather 8,500 senior HR leaders representing 140 countries at the Paris Convention Centre. The primary focus will be on how organizations are adapting and reinventing work structures in response to advancements in artificial intelligence (AI).
Headlining the event are Nicolas Hieronimus, CEO of L'Oréal Groupe, and Jean-Claude Le Grand, CHRO. They are expected to share L'Oréal's strategy in integrating talent, skills, and AI as a core investment. L'Oréal was recognized as Europe's Most Innovative Company by Fortune in 2025.
The speaker lineup also includes broadcaster and filmmaker Louis Theroux, HR industry analyst Josh Bersin, and neuroscientist Anne-Laure Le Cunff. Discussions will cover AI strategies, leading through uncertainty, and the evolving landscape of work technology. The event aims to foster dialogue on practical solutions for the future of work.
