L'Oréal Paris USA announced its 2026 Women of Worth honorees, recognizing 10 female leaders of nonprofit organizations. Each recipient receives a $25,000 grant, strategic mentorship, and national visibility across L'Oréal Paris platforms to support their community-focused initiatives.
The program, now in its 21st year, has supported 210 women leaders whose work addresses critical issues ranging from mental health and education to environmental justice and disability inclusion. This year's honorees have launched projects focused on areas such as fertility preservation for cancer survivors, support for victims of human trafficking, and the advancement of STEM education.
"Women of Worth is the heart of our brand," stated Laura Branik, President of L'Oréal Paris USA. "It is the ultimate expression of our belief that when a woman knows her worth, she can change everything. We are immensely proud to support these incredible nonprofit leaders, providing them with the platform and resources to amplify their vision and deepen their impact."
Actress and activist Kristen Bell, debuting as a new global ambassador for L'Oréal Paris, will bring added national visibility to the program. In partnership with Points of Light, L'Oréal Paris has selected the 2026 honorees, representing a diverse range of organizations and initiatives across the United States.
