Lotus has initiated the pre-sale of its Eletre 900 GOLD and Emeya 900 GOLD electric vehicle models in the Chinese market. The vehicles are priced starting at 918,000 yuan (approximately $126,000 USD) for the Emeya and 928,000 yuan (approximately $127,000 USD) for the Eletre.

Customers who place a reservation before August 31, 2026, will pay a 5,000 yuan deposit and receive a 10,000 yuan credit for interior and exterior options. Both models are equipped with a high-performance "performance package" featuring carbon fiber components, carbon-ceramic brakes, and specially designed forged wheels. Lotus claims the Emeya 900 GOLD achieved a lap time of 2 minutes and 20.317 seconds at the F1 Sepang circuit, setting a new track record for production electric vehicles.

The vehicles feature a dual-chamber air suspension system, a 48V active anti-roll bar, and rear-wheel steering for enhanced handling. The tires are custom Pirelli P Zero LTS. Active aerodynamic elements, including adaptive spoilers and air intakes, are also incorporated.

Both 900 GOLD models utilize a dual-motor all-wheel-drive system, delivering a combined output of 918 horsepower and 985 Nm of torque. The performance specifications align with previous 900 series models. The Emeya 900 GOLD accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 2.78 seconds and has a top speed of 256 km/h, while the Eletre 900 GOLD achieves 0-100 km/h in 2.95 seconds and 0-200 km/h in 11.5 seconds, with a top speed of 265 km/h.
