Lotus announced that its For Me Black Gold limited edition super hybrid SUV has sold out. Only 78 units were produced globally, and the first vehicle has rolled off the production line.
Lotus has confirmed that all 78 units of its For Me Black Gold limited edition super hybrid SUV have been sold out. The company announced the completion of the first vehicle from this exclusive series, marking the end of its production run.
The For Me Black Gold edition, launched in April, carried a starting price of 638,000 yuan (approximately $88,000 USD). The limited production run of 78 vehicles worldwide was met with enough demand to sell out the entire allocation.
This special edition features a unique black and gold exterior paint, applied by hand with custom black and gold flakes. It is further distinguished by exclusive black and gold carbon fiber badging and 21-inch forged wheels in a matching color scheme.
The Lotus For Me SUV model range was initially released on March 29, with a standard and a special version, starting at 508,000 yuan (approximately $70,000 USD). The SUV measures 5103mm in length, 2019mm in width, and 1636mm in height, with a peak power output of 952 PS and an acceleration from 0-100 km/h in 3.3 seconds.
