Love & Honey Fried Chicken Targets Pennsylvania for Statewide Franchise Expansion
Philadelphia-based fast-casual chain Love & Honey Fried Chicken is seeking franchisees to expand across Pennsylvania, targeting markets including Pittsburgh and Harrisburg.

Love & Honey Fried Chicken, a fast-casual restaurant brand originating in Philadelphia, is launching a franchise expansion initiative across its home state of Pennsylvania. The company is seeking experienced operators to establish new locations throughout the state.
The growth strategy includes developing more sites in the Greater Philadelphia area, alongside targeting key markets such as Pittsburgh and Harrisburg. The chain also sees potential in growing regional communities like Lancaster, York, Scranton, and Wilkes-Barre, aiming to serve consumers looking for elevated quick-service dining experiences.
"Pennsylvania is where Love & Honey began, and it will always be an important part of our story," said Co-Founder and CEO Laura Lyons. "We have seen the connection guests have formed with the brand in Philadelphia, and we believe there is significant opportunity to bring that same quality, warmth, and sense of community to more cities across the state."
The brand differentiates itself with a chef-driven approach to fried chicken, featuring hand-dredged, freshly prepared chicken and scratch-made sides and sauces. Love & Honey emphasizes quality, authenticity, and hospitality, seeking franchise partners who can maintain these core values and build strong local connections.
This Pennsylvania-focused expansion is part of Love & Honey's broader franchise strategy. The company has also announced a 20-unit development agreement in Florida. The chain is actively recruiting experienced multi-unit operators who align with its commitment to quality and guest experience.
