Lumine Group Acquires Imagine Communications from The Gores Group
Lumine Group has acquired Imagine Communications, a provider of video connectivity and software solutions. Greenberg Traurig represented The Gores Group in the transaction.
Lumine Group has acquired Imagine Communications Holdings Inc. from The Gores Group. Imagine Communications provides global video connectivity solutions, channel origination software and hardware, and advertising management and monetization tools.
The acquisition expands Lumine Group's footprint in the media supply chain software domain. Lumine Group operates with a "buy-and-hold-forever" business philosophy.
Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP, advised The Gores Group on the sale. The firm's team included lawyers from its Los Angeles, Orange County, Dallas, New York, Chicago, and Orlando offices, specializing in corporate, antitrust, intellectual property, compensation, tax, and labor law.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
