LuminoCity Festival, in partnership with the Long Island Children's Museum, has named the 12 winners of its sixth annual "Lumi's Utopia" children's drawing competition. The 2026 contest received 362 entries under the theme "Dino Friends," and the winning designs will be crafted into 3D light sculptures.

These sculptures will be publicly unveiled at the LuminoCity Holiday Lights Festival at Eisenhower Park, running from November 11, 2026, through January 3, 2027. The event allows thousands of families to experience the imaginative creations of young artists brought to life with light.

The program aims to provide a platform for children to express their creativity and have their work celebrated. Erika Floreska, President of the Long Island Children's Museum, noted the partnership's role in bringing families together through art and inspiring future artists.

Principal Zhou, Founder of WE ART Education, expressed hope that the experience boosts children's confidence in sharing their creations. LuminoCity Founder and CEO Xiaoyi Chen highlighted the competition's growth over six years as a meaningful platform reflecting the company's community commitment.
