Lumo Homes appoints General Counsel to management team

Lumo Homes plc announced Wednesday the appointment of General Counsel Markus Kouhi to its management team. The change, effective immediately, integrates the company’s legal leadership directly into its primary executive decision-making body.

Kouhi, who holds a Master of Laws degree, joined the firm in 2021. In his expanded role, he will maintain his current responsibilities overseeing the organization's legal functions. Additionally, he will continue to serve as the secretary for both the Board of Directors and the management team.

This appointment comes as the residential real estate firm manages its corporate governance and legal requirements. The inclusion of the General Counsel in the management team structure reflects a focus on legal oversight within the company's central administration.
