Helsinki – Representatives from Lumo Kodit Oyj are highlighting the significance of close collaboration in apartment rentals. Sales negotiator Noora Keski-Rauska and property manager Niko Karhu explain that their seamless teamwork enhances both work efficiency and customer experience.
Keski-Rauska notes that her and Karhu's joint work truly began in late 2023 when Karhu transitioned to a property manager role for Lumo Homes. "I started at Kojamo in August 2022, and Niko was a project manager then. Our collaboration immediately started to flow as if we had been working as a team for longer," Keski-Rauska states.
Keski-Rauska describes Karhu as a reliable colleague who assists her in her role, particularly in sales negotiations and technical matters like renovation needs. "Together, we see the bigger picture better and can serve our clients more effectively," she adds.
Karhu initially joined Kojamo as a project manager in 2020 and has served as a property manager for about a year. He emphasizes the importance of combining the perspectives of a sales negotiator and a property manager. "Together, we make things happen," Karhu states.
According to Karhu, his collaboration with Keski-Rauska has deepened his understanding of residents' needs and expectations. "Noora helps me succeed in my work, especially through the exchange of ideas, and she brings joy around her," he says. Company information indicates Karhu manages Lumo Homes in Turku's city center, Kupittaa, and Runosmäki, while Keski-Rauska helps clients find apartments in various parts of Turku, particularly in buildings managed by Karhu.
