Lumo Kodit prices EUR 300 million bond issuance
Real estate company Lumo Kodit Oyj has successfully priced a new EUR 300 million bond. The issuance is conducted under the company's existing EMTN program.

Helsinki – Lumo Kodit Oyj announced the successful pricing of its EUR 300 million senior unsecured bond. The bond matures on May 20, 2030, and carries a fixed annual coupon of 4.000 percent.
The bond is issued under Lumo's EUR 2.5 billion Euro Medium Term Note (EMTN) programme established on March 19, 2026. The company intends to apply for the bond to be admitted to trading on the regulated market of Euronext Dublin. The bond is expected to receive a Baa2 rating from Moody's.
Proceeds from the bond issuance will be used to partially refinance a EUR 600 million loan raised earlier this year. That loan was taken to finance part of the purchase price for a portfolio of 4,761 apartments acquired from Varma.
"We are very pleased with the strong investor interest," said Erik Hjelt, Chief Financial Officer of Lumo Kodit Oyj. "With the bond, we are refinancing half of the acquisition loan as planned."
Goldman Sachs International, Nordea, and SEB acted as joint bookrunners for the issuance.
