Lundin Gold Reports High-Grade Gold Intercepts at Bonza Sur, Ecuador
Lundin Gold Inc. announced assay results from its exploration drilling program at the Fruta del Norte gold mine in Ecuador. The company reported a significant gold intercept at the Bonza Sur zone, alongside a new discovery extending a known epithermal trend.

Lundin Gold Inc. has reported new assay results from its ongoing exploration drilling at the Fruta del Norte (FDN) gold mine in Ecuador. The program focused on the Bonza Sur area and yielded an intercept of 204.26 grams of gold per tonne over a 3.05-metre interval.
These results at Bonza Sur suggest a reinterpretation of the local geology, potentially identifying higher-grade mineralization within a larger, shallower mineralized system. The company stated that further drilling is planned to assess the extent of this zone.
In addition to the Bonza Sur findings, Lundin Gold announced the discovery of the Quebrada Dorada epithermal vein system. This new discovery is located further south on the FDN property and extends the known gold epithermal trend to approximately 8 kilometers. The company is evaluating the potential of this newly identified trend.
Lundin Gold operates the Fruta del Norte mine, one of the largest undeveloped gold projects globally. The company is listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and Nasdaq Stockholm.
