Lundin Gold Reports Q2 2026 Gold Production Down Year-over-Year
Lundin Gold produced 118,994 ounces of gold from its Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador during the second quarter of 2026. This marks a decrease compared to the 139,433 ounces produced in the same period of 2025.
Lundin Gold Inc. reported its second quarter 2026 gold production figures, with the Fruta del Norte mine in Ecuador yielding 118,994 ounces. Of this total, 79,208 ounces were produced as concentrate and 39,786 ounces as doré.
The reported production for Q2 2026 stands lower than the 139,433 ounces achieved in the second quarter of 2025. During the reporting period, the mine processed 500,143 tonnes of material.
Fruta del Norte remains Lundin Gold's primary producing asset. The company continues to focus on operational efficiency and maintaining production levels at the Ecuadorian site.
