LUX Infusion acquires Be Well Memory and Infusion specialty clinics
LUX Infusion has expanded its network by acquiring the specialty infusion business of Nebraska-based Be Well Memory and Infusion, adding clinics in Lincoln and Omaha.
Florida-based infusion service provider LUX Infusion announced the acquisition of the specialty infusion business unit of Be Well Memory and Infusion on November 3, 2026. The deal incorporates established ambulatory infusion centers (AICs) in Lincoln and Omaha into the company's national operations.
This acquisition marks a regional expansion for LUX Infusion, which aims to integrate its service model into the Nebraska market. The company plans to leverage its existing infrastructure to provide referral coordination and administrative support for benefits and authorizations, tasks often associated with high-complexity infusion therapy.
Following the transition, patients at the new locations will gain access to home-based infusion services in addition to the existing clinical centers. LUX Infusion, a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners, intends to maintain the clinical focus of the acquired sites while centralizing management oversight.
