Luxembourg Bank Supports Johanniter Children

Frankfurt, January 30, 2025 – Hauck Aufhäuser Lampe Privatbank AG Luxembourg (HAL) has once again brought joy to the children and adolescents under the care of the Johanniter Unfall Hilfe e.V. (Johanniter) regional association in Trier-Mosel. Employees at the bank have personally contributed funds and procured gifts, particularly brightening the Christmas season.

The initiative focused on approximately fifty boys and girls residing in Johanniter's group homes in the region, many of whom may not have the opportunity to celebrate Christmas with family. The bank's employees organized a "wish tree" campaign and raised funds for specific needs. This effort ensured that the approximately 50 young people, aged six to seventeen, received personalized, lovingly wrapped gifts and other surprises.

Among the donations were a large television and materials for a graffiti project. Additionally, a special football experience was facilitated. "The social commitment from the bank's team makes our children shine every year," stated Stefan Ahrens, head of the regular living group for 6- to 14-year-olds in Trier-Tarforst.

HAL Luxembourg has demonstrated social responsibility for several years by supporting children and adolescents facing social disadvantages or difficult life circumstances. According to bank representatives, this activity reflects a corporate culture that values compassion and hope. Johanniter seeks further partnerships to help realize excursions, activities, or even vacation dreams for the children.
