Luxury Collective Global Advisory Opens Beverly Hills Office
The international luxury real estate advisory firm, The Luxury Collective Global Advisory (TLCGA), has opened a new office in Beverly Hills. This expansion strengthens the company's presence across Los Angeles, New York, and London.

The Luxury Collective Global Advisory (TLCGA), an international luxury real estate advisory firm serving high-net-worth clients, has established a new office in Beverly Hills, California. This move marks the firm's fourth global market presence, joining existing offices in Washington D.C., New York, and London.
TLCGA specializes in advising clients in the sports, entertainment, and creative industries, including those with significant cross-border real estate holdings and careers. The new Beverly Hills office operates under the Compass Beverly Hills banner and is part of the Compass Sports and Entertainment Division, which achieved $12.2 billion in sales volume in 2025. This integration aims to enhance TLCGA's advisory platform for clients with international interests.
John Eric, a Los Angeles native, will lead the new Beverly Hills office. Eric returns to his hometown after developing his advisory career in Washington D.C. and London, where he also serves as Director of the firm's UK subsidiary, The Luxury Collective UK. The expansion coincides with increased production, capital, and talent movement between Los Angeles, New York, and London.
With the Beverly Hills office, TLCGA provides clients with a unified advisory team across all four markets to support acquisitions, dispositions, relocations, and investment strategies with continuity and discretion. The firm is affiliated with Compass in the U.S. and operates independently in the UK through TLCUK.
