LVM Versicherung integrates AI into internal development processes
Insurance company LVM Versicherung details its use of artificial intelligence, specifically its KAI system, in internal product development, reporting significant improvements in response quality.
LVM Versicherung, an insurance company, has integrated artificial intelligence (AI) into its daily operations, with a particular focus on its system named KAI. In a recent podcast episode, Julia Leuer and Tobias Flothkötter, leaders of the company's application development team, explained how they established an agile AI team and advanced the KAI system.
Leuer and Flothkötter described their team's operational dynamic as akin to a startup within a large corporation. They reported that the quality of responses generated through AI has reached up to 98 percent. The development process emphasizes the importance of values and collaboration.
The implementation of AI at LVM is no longer a futuristic concept but a current practice. The company leverages AI to enhance both internal and external services, thereby optimizing its operations.
LVM Versicherung disclosed these developments on December 5, 2025. The company intends to continue developing its AI solutions in the coming years, aiming to further capitalize on the opportunities presented by this technology.
