LVM Versicherung participated in the data:unplugged 2026 event in Münster, Germany, presenting several of its artificial intelligence (AI) applications. The insurance company highlighted how AI is being utilized to accelerate processes, improve knowledge accessibility, and support its workforce.
During the event, LVM introduced a personal AI assistant available to its over 11,000 employees in compliance with GDPR regulations. The company also showcased KAI, its in-house knowledge assistant.
At its exhibition booth, LVM engaged in dialogue with attendees from the technology sector and academia. Chief Information Officer Marcus Loskant emphasized that AI is a key future focus for LVM, noting the company's AI strategy is progressing well by concentrating on user benefits and a solid data foundation.
Additionally, the infrastructure for LVM's data city was presented, enabling the strategic and sustainable use of data. The event attracted over 11,000 participants and more than 150 exhibitors.
