LVMH and ELLE Announce Winners of 2024 Prix des Artisanes
LVMH and ELLE magazines honored women in craftsmanship at the fourth annual Prix des Artisanes awards ceremony in Paris, which saw a record number of applications.

LVMH and ELLE partnered to celebrate women in craftsmanship at the fourth edition of the Prix des Artisanes awards ceremony, held at LVMH's headquarters in Paris on November 19. The prize recognized exceptional careers in fashion, design, tableware, heritage preservation, and jewelry and watchmaking.
This year's competition received a record-breaking number of over 750 applications, highlighting a growing recognition of female talent in traditional crafts. The ceremony was attended by industry leaders, journalists, and figures from LVMH's various Maisons, with the French Minister of Culture serving as patron.
The Prix des Artisanes offers winners mentorship from experts, media exposure through ELLE publications, and support from LVMH. This includes commissions for original pieces to decorate the LVMH Maison des Métiers d'Excellence, fostering professional development and visibility.
The event also showcased LVMH's involvement with the Paris 2024 Olympic and Paralympic Games, featuring artisans who contributed to creations for the ceremonies, including work for Dior and Louis Vuitton.
