LVMH, in partnership with ELLE, ELLE Décoration, and ELLE à Table magazines, has revealed the winners of its third annual Prix des Artisanes. The competition, which saw over 700 submissions, recognizes and rewards female entrepreneurs across various fields, including fashion, design, tableware, preservation of French heritage, and for the first time, jewelry and watchmaking.

The award ceremony, held at LVMH headquarters in Paris under the patronage of French Minister of Culture Rima Abdul Malak, emphasized the importance of preserving artisanal skills and highlighting female role models in the craft sector. Speakers included Antoine Arnault of LVMH and Valérie Salomon, President of CMI France.

This year's laureates include textile designer Cécile Feilchenfeldt (Fashion), jeweler Marine Billet (Jewelry and Watchmaking), artist designer Solenne Jolivet (Design and Tableware), watchmaker Leslie Villiaume (Preservation of French Heritage), and winemaker Marie-Françoise Devichi (Winemaking).

Leslie Villiaume is notably the first woman to maintain the clocks at the Palace of Versailles. A special mention was also given to the all-female team responsible for preserving and restoring the photographic archives of Agence France-Presse.

The Prix des Artisanes aims to promote excellence in craftsmanship and encourage women to pursue careers in these trades, aligning with LVMH's commitment to heritage and talent development.
