LVMH holds second "Voices of Inclusion Week"
Luxury goods conglomerate LVMH hosted its second "Voices of Inclusion Week" from November 13-17, highlighting and awarding internal initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion.

Luxury goods conglomerate LVMH concluded its "Voices of Inclusion Week" in November by recognizing and awarding impactful initiatives across its Maisons and regions that foster diversity and inclusion.
The event, "Voices of Inclusion Week," marked its second edition and aimed to showcase year-round actions implemented by LVMH and its brands to cultivate a more inclusive culture. The initiative spotlighted internal measures and projects designed to strengthen diversity and inclusion throughout the group.
Spearheaded by the group's Human Resources department, the initiative gathered nearly 200 submissions from various units. A jury composed of executives and board members evaluated the 36 shortlisted initiatives across six categories: gender equity, LGBTQI+, disability, origins, generations, and inclusive culture. Additionally, Sephora received an award for its performance metrics in diversity and inclusion.
The awards were designed and created by Repossi, a jewelry Maison within the group, which also engages in an initiative to support women-led gemstone sourcing in East Africa. This highlights LVMH's commitment to integrating inclusive practices within its value chain and supplier relationships.
