LVMH Hosts Recruitment Tour in France and Italy
Luxury group LVMH is launching its "You & ME" tour, offering 4,500 job opportunities in craftsmanship, design, and sales. The event will visit four French cities and two Italian cities.
Luxury goods conglomerate LVMH will commence its "You & ME" tour on January 31, 2025, in Paris. This traveling recruitment fair aims to fill 4,500 positions across craftsmanship, design, and sales sectors in France and Italy, seeking to attract new talent and promote awareness of specialized professions.
The tour will run from January 31 to April 5, 2025, stopping in Paris, Lyon, Lille, and Clichy-sous-Bois in France, as well as Rome and Florence in Italy. The initiative highlights career paths within LVMH's "Métiers d’Excellence" program, encompassing areas such as manufacturing, creation, and client experience.
The event will feature interactive workshops, career guidance, and opportunities for attendees to engage with industry experts and LVMH employees. Emphasis is placed on providing hands-on experiences, with visitors able to explore various crafts through demonstrations and virtual reality simulations. The fair is open to the public, with dedicated time slots for school groups.
Celebrating its tenth anniversary, the "You & ME" tour demonstrates LVMH's commitment to nurturing a skilled workforce. The company has also announced a new partnership with Fondation des Femmes and will continue its collaboration with Le Refuge. Additionally, LVMH has joined the European Commission's Alliance for Apprenticeships, acknowledging its decade-long support for apprenticeship programs across Europe.
