LVMH offers high school students work experience as part of equal opportunity program

LVMH provided approximately thirty high school students with a professional immersion experience in June 2025, as part of its ongoing commitment to equal opportunities. This annual program is designed to offer young individuals a concrete understanding of careers in the luxury sector, encompassing craftsmanship, creativity, and innovation.

The students visited several of LVMH's prominent locations, including Christian Dior Couture, Louis Vuitton, Les Échos – Le Parisien, Officine Universelle Buly, Le Bon Marché, and La Samaritaine. During their time, they engaged with industry professionals and gained insights into the group's diverse expertise and the professional environment.

LVMH has been developing programs to support young people's educational and career paths for several years, with a particular focus on the Seine-Saint-Denis area. In 2024, around 150 middle school students participated in discovery internships, and students were invited to VivaTech to explore technological trends.

The group also supports higher education through partnerships, such as with Sciences Po, and runs programs like You & ME, which combines workshops and job opportunities. Furthermore, since 2007, LVMH has been involved with the Nos Quartiers ont des Talents (NQT) association, which assists young graduates from priority neighborhoods in finding employment. In 2024, over 200 LVMH employees served as mentors.

LVMH aims to continuously foster diversity in career paths, knowledge sharing, and social inclusion as part of its corporate social responsibility strategy. Similar initiatives are implemented across the group's various regions.
