LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton SE has published its 2025 Social and Environmental Responsibility Report. The document outlines the conglomerate's advancements in its 2020-2025 social responsibility roadmap, focusing on employee development, diversity, and societal impact.

The report indicates significant investment in employee training and career progression. In 2025, nearly 19,000 internal job moves occurred, and 82% of employees received training. Regarding diversity and inclusion, women now hold 50% of key positions, and the proportion of employees with disabilities exceeded targets. LVMH's employment initiatives, like the LIVE program, have also supported re-entry into the workforce for long-term unemployed individuals.

On the environmental front, LVMH's LIFE 360 plan aims to preserve and regenerate natural habitats. In 2025, over 4.3 million hectares received support, and 41% of materials in products and packaging were sourced from recycled or eco-designed origins. The group has also updated its carbon reduction targets, setting goals for significant decreases compared to 2023 levels.

The report also features environmental initiatives from individual luxury brands such as Loro Piana and Bvlgari. LVMH continues its commitment to arts and culture through support for the Louis Vuitton Foundation and the restoration of Notre-Dame Cathedral. A new "Comité Vigilance" has been established to guide actions on ethics, human rights, and environmental matters.
