LVMH Reaffirms Environmental Goals
LVMH has reaffirmed its environmental ambitions at the ChangeNOW Summit in Paris, announcing it has met greenhouse gas emission reduction targets ahead of schedule.

LVMH actively participated in the ChangeNOW Summit, held from April 24-26, 2025, in Paris, an event dedicated to solutions for the planet.
The Group highlighted progress aligned with its LIFE 360 strategy. By 2024, LVMH achieved its target for reducing direct greenhouse gas emissions (Scopes 1 and 2) two years early, with a 55% reduction compared to 2019. Indirect emissions (Scope 3) decreased by 33%, on track for the 55% reduction target by 2030. Regarding water, the company has reduced industrial water withdrawals by 10% since 2019, aiming for a 30% reduction by 2030.
To support these efforts, LVMH presented its LIFE 360 Business Partners program, designed to assist over 60 suppliers in their environmental transition. This program focuses on reducing carbon footprints, water consumption, and preserving biodiversity across nine purchasing categories.
The company has also adopted an ambitious water strategy, including a 30% reduction in water withdrawals and mitigating water pollution through initiatives like the ZDHC (Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals) program and regenerative agriculture. LVMH also supports the preservation and restoration of marine and terrestrial ecosystems, notably through the Tiffany & Co. Foundation.
