LVMH Showcases Luxury Innovations at Viva Technology 2024
LVMH is exhibiting a range of technological advancements and AI applications from its maisons and startup ecosystem at the Viva Technology 2024 event in Paris.

Luxury conglomerate LVMH is presenting innovations from its various Maisons and startup ecosystem at Viva Technology 2024, an event where it is a founding partner. The exhibition runs until May 26.
The LVMH "Dream Garden" pavilion features 19 innovative solutions from 13 of its luxury brands, aiming to drive excellence, creativity, and sustainability.
Displayed technologies include Dior Couture's use of AI and generative AI to enhance product displays, logistics, and personalization. Dior's Astra platform analyzes customer feedback in real time to identify trends. Loro Piana's Silhouette experience uses AI to create customer digital avatars for virtual clothing try-ons.
Other highlights include Louis Vuitton's AI-powered configurator for elevated in-store customer experiences, and new VR experiences from TAG Heuer focusing on golf and RIMOWA for product exploration. Guerlain offers a multisensorial VR journey combining audio, video, and scents.
Alongside these innovations, LVMH announced the renewal and extension of its strategic partnership with e-commerce giant Alibaba. This partnership aims to further enhance the luxury experience in China by leveraging Alibaba's technologies and AI solutions for an expanded omnichannel presence.
