Lyngtu Automotive has revealed details about its upcoming electric coupé SUV, the Pursuance S, with a focus on aerodynamic efficiency, according to Chinese publication IT Home. The vehicle incorporates 10 continuous air ducts and 19 air vents, which have undergone over 40 aerodynamic optimizations. This design achieves a notably low drag coefficient of 0.24 Cd.
The Pursuance S is slated for market release in mid-2026 and will be available in seven exterior color options. It is positioned as a mid-to-large-sized electric coupé SUV, measuring 5050mm in length, 1998mm in width, and 1656mm in height, with a wheelbase of 3000mm. This configuration aims to balance a sporty exterior with ample interior space.
The vehicle will be equipped with Huawei's ADS 5 advanced driver-assistance system, featuring a Huawei 896-line LiDAR sensor. The car will have up to 32 perception hardware components, providing a foundation for high-level intelligent driving capabilities, a feature noted as uncommon in its class.
Powertrain options will include rear-wheel drive and all-wheel drive. The RWD version will utilize a 300kW drive motor. The AWD variant will employ a dual-motor setup, with the front motor producing 175kW and the rear motor delivering 300kW. The launch is expected in the latter half of 2026.
