Lyvia Group announced the divestment of its Brand & Business Design sector following an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm on October 29. The assets are being sold to Goldcup 40626 AB, a vehicle controlled by the management teams and board members of the affected businesses.

The transaction includes the transfer of Humblestorm, Seventy Agency, Pointseven, StudioBon, Kompis, Folket, and Tillsammans. This divestment represents a significant shift in Lyvia Group's portfolio composition, focusing the firm on its core operations while spinning off its creative agency holdings.

In addition to the divestiture, the company confirmed a reduction in share capital by SEK 3,112.2. The move follows a strategic review intended to streamline the group’s corporate structure.
