MachineryMax Auctions Cabinet Manufacturing Equipment from Volumetric Building Companies
MachineryMax is conducting a two-day online auction of late-model cabinet manufacturing equipment from Volumetric Building Companies (VBC) at its Tracy, California facility.

MachineryMax will hold a two-day online auction on October 28-29, 2026, featuring over 700 lots of cabinet manufacturing machinery and equipment from Volumetric Building Companies (VBC). VBC is expanding its modular manufacturing capacity, leading the company to divest its advanced production assets from its Tracy, California facility.
The auction offers cabinet makers, millwork shops, furniture manufacturers, and panel processors a chance to acquire equipment from a modern production facility. Items include Biesse CNC machinery, edge banding equipment, automation systems, dust collection systems, and material handling equipment. Additionally, new materials, hardware, supplies, and support equipment will be available.
Charles Swafford, Executive Vice President at MachineryMax, described the sale as an opportunity to acquire relatively new production equipment. "With over 700 lots being offered over two auction days, the sale provides buyers with a broad selection of machinery, materials, and support equipment to expand or upgrade their operations," Swafford stated.
The auction is online-only with bidding available globally. A 15% buyer's premium will apply. The complete auction catalog, photographs, and bidding information are available at MachineryMax.com.
