Pega aims to fulfill its prior commitment to double developer efficiency with this offering. Kerim Akgonul, Chief Product Officer at Pega, emphasized the critical role of generative AI in ongoing digital transformation efforts. Pega also updated its Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, unveiling new features such as Knowledge Buddy and Voice AI. These enhancements are intended to improve customer experience and streamline operational processes.
