Magentrix Introduces Wizard Agent for Action-Capable AI in Partner Portals

Magentrix has formally announced Wizard Agent, its new AI-powered action agent designed for Partner Relationship Management (PRM).

Wizard Agent, which has been available to customers since February 2026, enables channel teams and partners to perform tasks directly within partner portals using natural language. Unlike traditional AI assistants that only answer questions, Wizard Agent can execute actions such as updating partner records, advancing deals, enrolling users in training, and managing support cases.

The technology is built on Magentrix's proprietary Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and operates across the customer's entire data model, including custom entities and workflows, while automatically respecting existing user permissions. This capability extends Magentrix's AI platform beyond knowledge retrieval to intelligent, action-capable partner operations.
