Magna Legal Services Acquires Everest Court Reporting

Magna Legal Services has completed its acquisition of Everest Court Reporting, a move that enhances its footprint in Philadelphia and broadens its support services for complex legal cases. The transaction closed on July 24.

Everest Court Reporting, based in the Philadelphia area, has established a reputation for client service and expertise in handling intricate and high-stakes litigation matters across Pennsylvania and beyond.

The combined entity will employ over 1,100 individuals, including 4,000 court reporters and 2,000 interpreters nationwide. Twenty-eight Everest employees will join Magna, with Everest President Jennifer Luu continuing in a role to integrate Everest clients into Magna's sales organization.

Everest clients will now gain access to Magna's comprehensive suite of litigation support services, which includes court reporting, document translation, interpreting, medical record retrieval, social media surveillance, and jury consulting.
