Magna Legal Services Combines with Naegeli Deposition & Trial to Expand Pacific Northwest Presence
Magna Legal Services has combined with Naegeli Deposition & Trial, significantly expanding its footprint and service offerings in the Pacific Northwest region.

Magna Legal Services, a national provider of litigation support services, has completed a combination with Naegeli Deposition & Trial. The transaction, effective July 9, aims to strengthen Magna's presence and service capabilities in the Pacific Northwest.
Naegeli Deposition & Trial, founded by Marsha Naegeli in Portland, Oregon, is recognized for its comprehensive litigation support and strong reputation in the region. Approximately 140 Naegeli employees will join Magna, increasing the company's total workforce to over 1,100 employees, including 4,000 court reporters and 2,000 interpreters nationwide.
"The combination significantly expands Magna's presence in the Pacific Northwest while strengthening our national footprint. It also supports Magna's continued evolution as a digital-forward organization through expanded digital reporting capabilities," the company stated.
Both Magna and Naegeli emphasize a shared commitment to service excellence and long-term client relationships. This merger grants Naegeli's clients access to Magna's broader suite of services, such as nationwide court reporting, document translation, interpreting, medical record retrieval, and investigative services. Naegeli's leadership team will continue to manage operations during the integration.
