Magnum Ice Cream Company adopts Centric Software PLM for global operations

The Magnum Ice Cream Company has selected Centric Software’s Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution to support its global R&D and product development operations. The move aims to replace fragmented workflows with a single digital foundation, enabling the company to manage its diverse portfolio—which includes Magnum, Ben & Jerry's, and Talenti—across more than 80 countries.

The deployment will integrate product information from early-stage concept development through to commercialization. By centralizing data, teams across regulatory affairs, packaging, and quality control are expected to gain real-time visibility, helping the company mitigate operational risks and accelerate time-to-market for new ice cream products.

Centric Software CEO Fabrice Canonge added that the platform provides the necessary scalability for large-scale food and beverage enterprises to maintain agility.

Centric Software, a subsidiary of Dassault Systèmes, specializes in AI-powered tools for the consumer goods sector. This partnership represents a strategic effort by the ice cream manufacturer to modernize its IT architecture and harmonize cross-functional processes on a global scale.
